New Board Members Appointed

Onward has welcomed three new Non-Executive Directors to its Board. The latest additions, Tina Kokkinos, Diana Hampson, Karl Tupling, bring a wealth of experience from varied roles across both the public and private sector.

Tina Kokkinos, who joined in February, started her career in commerce before moving into financial services. She has held a number of roles at JPM and HSBC and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer at a FX FinTech start up. Tina brings significant governance expertise from Comic Relief, British Rowing, and The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust.

In March, Diana Hampson will be welcomed to the Board. A chartered surveyor, Diana has been Director of Estates and Facilities at The University of Manchester since 1997. In this role, Diana has delivered an ambitious capital build programme that has seen the creation of new facilities worth over £1billion. Diana manages an estate across 711 acres of land and is leading on the University’s Estates Masterplan to create a world-class facility for staff and students.

Finally, Karl Tupling will join the Board in April after he retires as the Director of Markets, Partners, Places at Homes England. Karl has over forty years’ experience in housing and has held senior roles in local government, including as Director of Housing in Sheffield where he focused on neighbourhood regeneration and investment. From 2010, Karl was an Executive Director with the Homes and Communities Agency, leading on regeneration programmes across the North and Midlands.
